Organic or Natural
Those are shapes found in nature. Organic shapes are mostly created with images. Some examples of organic shapes are animals, people and plants.
Abstract
Those shapes have familiar forms but are not found in the 'real' world as the organic shapes are. Symbols and icons are good examples for this kind of shapes.
In SiteSpinner you can create different shapes using 'Draw a ..' features from the Components Toolbar. You'll find more information on the subject in SiteSpinner Tutorials in the sections 'Creating Straight Shapes' and 'Creating Curvy Shapes'. Just like with lines do check out the options presented on Larry's  and Bruce's websites.
